Request A LMS Guest Account

Use this form to request the creation of a LMS Guest Account. Submit a separate form for each LMS Guest Account request.

There are several types of LMS Guest Account which can be created at UWA:

• Short Course and/or Audit Students: are not recorded in the UWA Student Management System. They can only be granted access if a guest account is created and added manually to a LMS unit.
• External to UWA Guests: are persons external to UWA, who require access to collaborate or review a LMS Unit. They can only be granted access if a guest account is created and added manually to a LMS unit.

Please note: LMS Guest Account passwords are independent of all other UWA systems e.g. Pheme.
